Refunds can only be processed for subscriptions billed directly through the website.
This is the only subscription type our support team is able to refund.
Website refund timeframes:
- Annual subscriptions: within 30 days of billing
- Monthly subscriptions: within 14 days of billing
If you subscribed through a third-party platform, refund requests must be submitted directly to the provider that processed your payment:
