How do I cancel my subscription?

We are sorry to see you go, but we thank you for giving Criterion Channel a try!

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to CriterionChannel.com and Sign In, if you haven’t already

2. Once signed in, click on the circle avatar in the upper right corner 

3. Click on “Subscription”

4. Find the option to cancel under “Current plan”

5. Confirm the selection

Note that the cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle or free trial period. You will continue to have access through the duration you already paid for or your free trial. If the option to cancel is not available, you may be subscribed via another platform or under another account.
 

📱 Third-Party Subscriptions

If you subscribed through a third-party platform, you will need to cancel your subscription directly with them:

• Manage your Apple (iOS app or Apple TV) subscription
• Manage your Google Play (Android app or Android TV) subscription
• Manage your Roku subscription
• Manage your Amazon (Fire TV) subscription
