How do I access Criterion Channel on my Apple/iOS device?

You can add the Criterion Channel to your Apple TV or iPad by logging in to your Apple/iOS account online and visiting this link.

Alternatively, search for Criterion Channel or “Criterion” from the Apple App Store and add it directly from there. 

If needed, please review the compatibility requirements listed for the App.

Once added, Criterion Channel will then appear in your Apple home screen. 

If you already signed up for a Criterion Channel subscription at CriterionChannel.com or using a different device:

1. Open the Criterion Channel App.
2. Select “Log in” below “Explore content.” If the option isn’t on the main screen, find it under “Settings.”
3. Enter the email address for your existing subscription. 
4. Enter your password.
5. If you have any trouble logging into CriterionChannel.com, you can reset your password here: https://www.criterionchannel.com/forgot_password
6. Confirm and enjoy streaming Criterion Channel!

If you would like to sign up for a free trial using your Apple device:

1. Open the Criterion Channel App.
2. Select “Start free trial.” If the option isn’t on the main screen, find it under “Settings.”
3. Select the annual or monthly subscription option. Each one starts with a one time 7-day free trial.
4. Provide your payment information.
5. Confirm and enjoy streaming Criterion Channel!
