How do I access Criterion Channel on my Amazon device?

You can add the Criterion Channel to your compatible Amazon Fire device (Amazon Fire TV devices with OS Android 5.0 and up) by logging in to your Amazon account online and visiting this link.

Alternatively, search for Criterion Channel or “Criterion” while on your Amazon device and add it directly on your TV. 

The Channel will then appear in your Amazon home screen line-up. 

If you already signed up for a Criterion Channel subscription at CriterionChannel.com or using a different device:

1. Open the Criterion Channel App on your Amazon Fire device.
2. Select Log In or  “Already have an account?” option at the top of the Sign Up screen to Sign In.
3. Note that Amazon may pre-fill an email address for the Amazon device, rather than your Criterion Channel account. Be sure to edit this email address using the “sign in using a different email address” option to the one that matches your subscription, if needed. 
4. Type out your account email address and password and confirm that it’s correct prior to proceeding. Keep in mind that you can use the microphone on your Amazon remote to spell out your login details for each field to help speed up the process.

6. Your existing Criterion Channel account and Amazon Fire should now be linked up and you can start watching the films!

If you would like to sign up for a free trial using your Amazon device:

1. Open the Criterion Channel App on your Amazon device.
2. Use the arrow buttons and “Enter” or similar button on your Amazon remote to select Start Free Trial
3. Enter your preferred email address for the account and be sure to check that everything is spelled correctly before proceeding. If you try entering an email address for an existing account, you will be presented with an error message.
4. Select if you want a Monthly or Annual subscription. Monthly is the default. Each one starts with a one time 7-day free trial.
5. Please note that you cannot change this selection after the free trial begins. If you change your mind about the billing frequency, you will need to cancel prior to the end of the free trial and then subscribe again once the trial expires and your access ends.
6. You may need to provide your Amazon account password in order to finalize the process.
7. Unless Amazon Fire payment is already set, you will need to add your payment details at this stage. 
8. The system will present your free trial details one more time before you can select “Start subscription.”
9. You can use the same login details to access CriterionChannel.com or stream on any other compatible devices.
